As I get older and more serious about skincare, I’ve been reading ingredient labels of my favorite products. It turns out they’re filled to the brim with chemicals that are well-known to be harmful to skin, drying or more!
However, I’ve never had much success with all-natural products. That’s EXACTLY why certified aesthetician Angela Irish founded OZNaturals, a beauty company dedicated to making natural skincare products that are also effective. All OZNaturals products are free of parabens, GMOs, sulfates, phthalates, petrochemicals, propylene glycol, PEGs, formaldehyde, synthetic fragrances and synthetic colors.
I was instantly intrigued and decided to give the products a try!
I started with the Vitamin C Serum, OZNaturals’ flagship product. I’ve been hearing so much about Vitamin C in skincare lately. We all know that Vitamin C in food helps boost your immune system and is a powerful antioxidant to fight free radicals that can cause cancer. However, it turns out that applying Vitamin C topically is also effective to fight free radicals on your skin and slow down skin aging.
The Vitamin C serum combines the antioxidant with hyaluronic acid to protect your skin from environmental stressors, moisturize skin and lift and firm.
Applying it is super easy – simply use the dropper to apply a few drops to your face. It immediately blends in, so you can use it under makeup during the day. With all the sun exposure I get during the summer, I felt good knowing that I was applying a protectant to my face.
Next was my obsession: Eye products. Since I was little, I’ve been obsessed with the eye area. It’s like I had a sixth sense that I would develop those dreaded eye wrinkles at a young age.
I’m so tired of applying expensive anti-aging eye creams and gels and not feeling anything, or seeing any results. I want to know that my product is protecting me against developing deeper crow’s feet.
The OZNaturals Super Youth Eye Gel, however, definitely feels like it’s working. I feel the burn, and a tightening of my skin, when I apply it. Already I feel like my puffiness and crow’s feet are diminished. The eye gel is also formulated to help with under-eye circles, loss of tone and fine lines.
Next, I have my eye on this retinol moisturizer, which I hope will firm up my face!
