I love Moet & Chandon champagne, and I don’t need to mix it with anything to enjoy it.
But every now and then, isn’t a champagne punch just the best? So sweet and smooth, so drinkable. This Orange Pear Champagne Cocktail is ideal – carbonated yet smooth, sweet but not too sweet.
We made this in batches for a (muted, socially distanced) New Year’s celebration and will definitely be remaking it in happier times.
- 4 (750 ml) bottles chilled Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut Champagne
- 12 cups chilled pear nectar
- 6 oranges, sliced into rings
Combine all ingredients in punch bowl. Surround with ice to keep chilled.
