Shameless Foodie: Panini Cafe

We all have that one go-to restaurant when we’re hungry and we just want something that will be consistently delicious. For me, that place is Panini Cafe!

With 8 locations (and 2 to come), there is one near you. The menu consists of a blend of fresh, healthy Mediterranean and Italian food, as well as breakfast foods.

Every time I go I HAVE to get the hummus trio. It’s MASSIVE and inexpensive, and comes with classic/garlic, edamame and black bean hummus. I’m a hummus snob, and this place’s hummus is ridiculous. Their pita is also amazing – hot and fresh and soft. They also give free refills of pita, which you will definitely be needing.

My go-to order is the caprese panini, with mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes and pesto. But there are so many other options too, from scrambled eggs to salads, falafel, French toast, omelettes, soup and kabobs. The prices are good too, especially considering the huge portion sizes and the quality of the ingredients.

*Best of all, mimosas are only $8 (and strong!).

Have you tried Panini Cafe? What is your go-to restaurant? Let me know in the comments!
