When you think of the traditional fall colors – red, orange, brown and beige – you notice that orange doesn’t really make the cut in fashion. We’ve got red, maroon and burgundy sweaterdresses, brown boots and jackets, beige everything. But not a lot of orange“.
When I saw this burnt orange t-shirt dress at H&M, I just had to have it. I knew its unique hue would bring some diversity to my closet packed full of neutrals, black and white.
The orange color, reminiscent of leaves that fall in autumn, inspired me to add on nature-inspired accessories. These brown suede fringe sandals from Payless Shoesource are super boho-chic, and remind me of making items out of natural resources.
I also wore this gold leaf necklace from Forever 21 and a gold criss-cross ring, also from Forever 21.
How do you feel about orange in fashion? Like it or leave it? Let me know in the comments!
