Sweaterdresses are my favorite way to transition between winter and spring. When it’s finally becoming warm and sunny, and you’re tired of wearing pants, but it is still too cold to break out the spring dresses, a sweaterdress is the perfect compromise.

I bought this short-sleeve sweaterdress in every color – hot pink, green and gray. The hot pink is a particularly happy color, especially after the gloom of winter.

I paired it with my favorite wine cork pumps from Sam Edelman.

This sweaterdress is not only warm and cozy, but both casual and dressy at the same time. I wore it furniture shopping shortly after we moved into our new house when I was tired of wearing shorts and workout shoes to move furniture around!
