It’s spring, which means we need to ease away from dark colors and black and into lighter colors, which are more seasonally appropriate and also way better for the hot weather that is coming our way!

I love this floral bell-sleeve dress. It’s got a lot of dark colors in it, but it also has some white in it.

I decided to play up the white and “lighten up” the outfit by pairing it with white ankle booties. These white ankle boots have a Western stitching and vibe but are still pretty subtle.

I wore this outfit for a brunch date at the wineries with my husband and puppy. We all felt dapper!
