I don’t know why suede feels so “boho / desert,” but it does! The simple addition of a dark brown felt fedora and light brown suede ankle booties felt super Palm Springs.

I did some stereotypical desert shots while stopping for a food and gas break in Palm Springs en route to off-road in Glamis. I always see the windmills from the freeway but never really take the time to get up close.

Their stark white shapes against a perfect bright blue sky definitely feels other-worldly.
