Created by women who love going out, but simply don’t have the time and energy to do it often, Sexy Vegas Style’s selection of dresses are gorgeous, age-appropriate and cheap. So if you’ll only wear that sexy little number once in a blue moon, or if the odds are high that you’ll get a drink spilled on you while you’re out, not to worry.

My third and final post on this boutique is definitely different. While browsing on the site, I found a dress that not only looks great and is figure-flattering, but that is so professional and well-made that it is perfect for work!

This black and white shift dress is so stunning. I love the checkered print. It is fun and professional. It kinda looks like graph paper, but the lines are imperfect in a cool way.

The cut is also super flattering. The shift dress is the quintessential shape for work dresses. The sleeveless cut shows off your arms, it’s more on the long side but still shows some legs, the cut is high so you’re not showing boobs and the cinched waist is figure-flattering.

The material is also super nice. It’s thick (no need for a liner or slip) and looks high-quality. In keeping with the textural theme, I added gray suede ankle bootie stilettos from Payless. I also love how the gray contrasts with the black and white, but in a cool, not clashing way.

I kept jewelry simple, classy and timeless with this Return to Tiffany’s heart necklace and silver Tiffany’s double band ring.
