I’m not a big fan of jackets or coats, because they hide the cute blouse or sweater you’re wearing underneath! That’s why outerwear like faux fur or sherpa vests are a good way to stay warm while still looking cute.

This brown plaid sherpa vest is from new local boutique Angelik Apparel. It is sooooo soft and warm! The soft plaid fabric is lined with warm and cozy sherpa material. There are also handy dandy pockets!

I wore it on a trip to the movie theater to see the final installment in the Star Wars saga. Movie theaters are always way too cold, so I like to bring some kind of jacket to keep warm. In this case, I was able to take the vest off and use it as a blanket during the film, then pop it back on to rock my fashion lewk.

Underneath, I wore this white long-sleeved holey shirt. I love items with holes and rips in them, maybe a little too much!

Super-dark jeans and these light brown suede ankle booties topped off the look.
