Orange is such a happy color. Like yellow, I try to wear it all the time for a pop of joy.

In fall and winter, muted orange tones like pumpkin are ideal. I love this super-soft pumpkin sweater, which feels like you’re wearing a blanket. Plus, pumpkin is a neutral, so you can have fun with accessories.

I added ripped black jeans for a neutral palette. Then I added this brown suede jacket, which feels super Western to me. I made sure it was a darker tone than the pumpkin sweater.

A dark brown felt floppy hat coordinates perfectly with the brown suede jacket.

For shoes, I had the choice to wear darker / warmer brown booties, but I opted for light brown booties. Why? Because too much of one shade is overkill. The light brown color compliments the pumpkin and other brown shades perfectly. Plus, the gold studs are just too fun.
