Brunch is like a religion here in LA. I mean, why else besides bottomless mimosas (and usually also a view of the beach) would you get out of bed on a Saturday or Sunday morning? We like our beauty rest!

While there will always be the girls in yoga pants and the guys in t-shirts and board shorts, brunch is a great excuse to put on a cute dress or nice button-down and shorts. It’s always nice to feel classy while sipping on champagne at 11 in the morning.

My go-to (winter) brunch outfit is this adorable strapless dress from Forever 21. I usually can’t pull off strapless dresses, due to the fact that the size of my chest makes strapless bras not the most flattering fit. But this dress is different. The tight bodice (and rubber lining) holds in my boobs and doesn’t slide down or make me fall out. The super-tight waist does the same, and is figure-flattering, while the flared skirt is cute and saves you room for bottomless mimosas.

I also love how the bubble-gum pink color and the flowers are so girly, but the black detailing makes it a little more edgy, and much more appropriate for wintertime. The black flowers also set me up to be able to wear my favorite black suede wedges from Payless, which are the most comfortable and figure-flattering shoes I own.

Last but not least, I added my classic Tiffany’s heart necklace to up the class-factor. You gotta look nice when you’re out amongst celebs in WeHo.
