Shorts and a shirt is not really my “thing” as far as outfit convos go. When it makes sense to wear shorts and a shirt, like when going on the boat or a similar hot-weather water activity, I prefer to break out shirts with bold patterns and fun details.

This tribal blouse definitely meets the criteria. I love the bright mustard yellow color, the funky tribal-esque pattern, the relaxed and loose fit and the unique super-long front tie.

I especially like it when paired with super-ripped jean shorts.

I wore this combo, with nude strappy kitten-heel sandals, on vacation on Key Biscayne in the Florida Keys. It was definitely appropriate for my mojito-sipping empanada-devouring vibe!
