More and more, I’m seeing rompers come out at sundown instead of during the day.

I love this black super-ruffly floral romper. It is so cute, fun and flirty.

I wore it for a night out on the town on State Street in Santa Barbara for our 1 year wedding anniversary.

If you haven’t been up to SB since the pandemic started, you need to go check it out! State Street has been completely closed to vehicle traffic (just like the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica has always been), allowing pedestrians to wander freely. This has also allowed restaurants to expand onto the sidewalks and into the street for social distancing-friendly outdoor dining!

While we were waiting for our outdoor hightop table at Chase’s State Street (which also allows dogs!), I got these shots. I paired the romper with black and gold Valentino Rockstud sandals, a quick and easy way to glam up any casual outfit! Dainty gold jewelry rounds out the date-night look.

Of course, the only downside is when you drink too much champagne and you have to get totally undressed to pee!
