There’s nothing like purchasing a new clothing item that you just love. And it’s even better for the environment and your wallet when you find a new clothing item that has already been someone else’s new clothing item!

I was looking for a cheap, simple white button-down at Goodwill and came across this Banana Republic white eyelet shirt. I instantly fell in love. I adore the oversize fit, making it flattering yet super-comfortable and casual. The sheerness makes it sexy, while the long sleeves and pristine assembly make it perfect for work. The clean laser-cut pattern is also a huge draw, as it’s unique and fun.

I wear this shirt to work all the time, with a white Forever 21 cami underneath and Forever 21 dark skinny jeans. However, on this occasion I decided to dress it up for nighttime with my favorite H&M black liquid leather leggings.

Next, for accessories. I chose these gold sparkly triangle sandals from Forever 21, and this gold giraffe necklace from J.Crew. Last but not least, I added gold midi rings from Gorjana that I discovered through Rocksbox. And voila! A look that easily updates from casual to dressy.
