Today is Day 2 of my “Week of Health” series, where I’ll be profiling cute activewear, delicious healthy food and relaxation techniques.
Next up is this super-comfy outfit which would let you move freely in a yoga class but also looks professional enough for casual offices and looks put-together on the streets!
This super-soft maroon tank top is from H&M’s Basics collection. Two items for $10 – not a bad price to stock up for basics and for workout gear. I paired it with these gray pants from Forever 21. I love these pants, for their fit (flattering), their material (thick and soft) and their details (fun ankle zippers). I absolutely love gray and I always have to stop myself from buying it or my entire closet will turn gray. But I just couldn’t resist with these incredibly versatile pants.
To match the pants, I chose these silver flats from American Eagle. They are neutral, so blend in, but also have fun studs and grommets for some funky detail.
This is all you need to hit the gym! To transition to the streets, just add jewelry.
My silver rings are from Wanderlust + Co. (left hand) and Tiffany’s (right hand). I also added this House of Harlow 1960 tessellation necklace to jazz up the otherwise plain outfit. I found the Wanderlust + Co. and House of Harlow 1960 pieces in separate Rocksbox sets – my stylists know me so well.
How do you transition from the gym to the streets, aka rock “athleisure”? Let me know in the comments!
