I’ve yet to find a store-made Pico de Gallo that tastes as good as homemade. Luckily, this recipe is super easy to make on your own!
- 6 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 white or yellow onion, diced
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate until needed – cold Pico is the best! Use as a dip for chips, a topping for nachos, etc.
