In My Kitchen: Homemade Pico de Gallo [VEGAN]

I’ve yet to find a store-made Pico de Gallo that tastes as good as homemade. Luckily, this recipe is super easy to make on your own!

You’ll need:

  • 6 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 white or yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate until needed – cold Pico is the best! Use as a dip for chips, a topping for nachos, etc.
